AP Eamcet 2013 Web Counselling Procedure (6 Stages)
So many students are confused in Eamcet Counselling. Some students can check into Internet like "Eamcet Web Counselling Procedure" or "What are the Stages in Eamcet Web Counselling?" or "Steps in Eamcet Counselling". Here is the Clarification for you. There are total Six Stages in Eamcet Web Counselling. Steps are as follows.
Eamcet Web Counselling Procedure 2013
Stage I- Registration:-
Students will be call according to the Rank to the counselling center. At the counselling center students has to produce their Eamcet Rank Card to the respective officer. After this pay the registration and counselling fee at respective counter. And fill up the Registration verification form which asks you Eamcet Hall Ticket Number, Eamcet Rank Card and Personal Details. With this registration will complete Successfully. After this according to Rank Wise they will call for the certificate verification.

Stage II - Certificate Verification:-
Students must fill carefully Registration verification from. According to this only they will verify your certificates. In Eamcet Certificate verification counter total two officers are going to check your certificates. Officer-I will checks the SC / ST / BC / Minority students caste certificates. Officer-II will checks the Rank Card, Income Certificate, All Educational certificates. After the completion of this checking. They will take all original certificates from the students and gives a receipt for that. Open Category candidates may go at directly Officer-II to verify their certificates and get receipt for that. After the completion of verifications candidates will sent to the brief hall to explain the option entry and choosing of college and branch.
Stage III - Options Entry Information Booklet:-
Information Booklet will be given to the students. In this Booklet all the colleges list their codes and Branch codes will be given. Students must have to kept their options in the options form. And take the guidelines from the briefing officer.
Stage IV - Choosing of Options by Internet:-
This is the main stage of counselling process. Students must reach any internet cage or system to kept their options on the counselling date (Counselling or Web Options entry date will indicate at the time of verification). Students must open the website as http://apeamcet.nic.in (Open at Only Internet Explorer). In this website web counselling will be given. In this candidates login has to choose for the candidate Registration. Click the Candidate Registration and Enter Password. Candidates should enter password two times. After the completion of registration account with new password. "Click here to Enter Options" click this one to keep options. Click the "Display Option Entry Form" to keep your options. After the completion of this task click the "Save and Logout" tab to logout and to save the options. To Change the option candidates may follow the above order and change any time before the completion of web option dates.
Stage V - Seat Allotment:-
Engineering / Medicine / Agriculture Seat will be allocate to the student according to the options he / she given. After the completion of Counselling Schedule students may download their allotment order by login with their username and password.
Stage VI - Paying Fee:-
Students must have to download challan or can get a helpline centers and has to pay fee at the respective bank. When the Joining in college he / she must show the allotment order and fee receipt at respective college.
